Wonderland Lisboa
All attractions are free, except for the big wheel
The biggest Christmas market in the capital, Wonderland Lisboa, has begun on 8 December in the Parque Eduardo VII, next to Marquês de Pombal, in Lisbon. The inauguration was marked by a large influx of people, who came to the park on holidays to enjoy the ride on a big wheel, the craft stalls and Santa's house.
At Wonderland Lisboa you will find 52 stalls of handicrafts, regional products, fashion and accessories and Christmas sweets. As well as amusements, which include a big wheel, ice lane and ramp, as well as an ice globe, a Santa's house and a stage that will host various musical and entertainment shows.
With the exception on the big wheel, which costs € 2.5 per person, all the attractions of the park are free. Wonderland Lisboa is an initiative supported by Lisbon City Council, produced by TVI and sponsored by the Santa Casa Games. From Monday to Thursday it is open from 13h00 to 20h00 and on Fridays it closes at 22h00. On Saturdays and Sundays, it opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 10:20 p.m.
